I love quick videos with useful information. This clip from the Washington Post explains how a dog communicates with his tail. The most interesting thing I learned? A dog with a short tail is at a disadvantage!

Lately, there’s been so much information on the importance of limiting your sugar intake! I found this article about the sugar industry paying scientists to blame fat for heart disease fascinating, but not surprising. Unfortunately, people will do most anything for money.

My sister is a dietician, and she just wrote the best post: Ten Killer Tips for Healthy Weight Loss. They’re realistic, life long goals that are maintainable. It’s about a Marine who returns home from Vietnam and ends up working as a hired gun. Eight episodes! I can’t wait!

Finally, Athleta sells the most lovely athletic clothing! I found this sweater made from Merino Wool on final sale, and I couldn’t resist. Years ago I purchased Merino Wool from Costco, and it’s one of my absolute favorite sweaters. Hopefully, I will love this sweater just as much because I can’t return it! Oh no!

May your Sunday be filled with well cooked vegetables, doggie play dates and the most excellent television.

Happy Sunday!
